The good news is all bodies instinctively know how to meditate, it’s actually the mirror opposite of the fight or flight response, and it’s built in. Through the Instinctive Meditation approach, you can learn how to allow nature’s intelligence to recharge and tune you up to live your life more fully, with more presence, peace and connection. Our bodies enter the parasympathetic nervous system when we attend to the tension that naturally arises as we take time out for ourselves to meditate. We could rename meditation the rapid recovery response, it’s built in to our system. All we have to do is give ourselves permission to rest and let nature take over. Learn how to let go of the “rules” about meditation you may have learned, and become free to be curious, exploratory, and natural during meditation.
